Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation
Many people experience emotions intensely but have never been taught how to manage them in a healthy way. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) provides practical tools that help emotionally sensitive people understand their feelings, regulate overwhelming emotions and develop more balanced ways of coping. Sarah Turner specialises in supporting individuals who struggle with emotional regulation, offering evidence-based therapy, group programmes and professional consultation.

Meet Sarah Turner
Psychotherapist and founder
Hi, I’m Sarah. I am a psychotherapist with 20 years of experience working in mental health.
I am extensively trained and have worked mostly within the clinical field of psychotherapy, primarily as a specialist in emotion regulation. Alongside my private practice, I have worked in charities, inpatient and outpatient settings with private healthcare organisations and outpatient clinics on Harley Street in London.
I am passionate about empowering people to enjoy positive mental health and to live rich and fulfilling lives.
Over the years I have developed a particular interest in supporting women during midlife. While awareness around menopause is increasing, many women continue to experience deeper challenges during this stage of life, including overwhelm, loss of confidence, shifts in identity, difficulty prioritising their own needs and feelings of isolation.
As a woman in midlife myself, I understand many of these challenges personally. Through my research and clinical experience, I have developed programmes designed to help women navigate this stage of life with greater clarity, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
