A transformative programme designed for midlife women ready to reclaim their purpose, wellbeing and joy
Led by Sarah Turner - psychotherapist, coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience - we will spend six weeks in a supportive small group environment exploring how to reset, realign and truly flourish in midlife.

Drawing on evidence-based therapeutic tools and real-world insight, Sarah will guide you through a journey of reflection, emotional growth and practical change. You’ll reconnect with who you are, clarify what truly matters, and build a life that supports your wellbeing, purpose and joy, surrounded by a like-minded community that understands your stage of life.

We start with a 30-minute introductory session where you’ll meet Sarah, explore your personal goals and have space to ask any questions. You’ll also receive a beautiful welcome pack, including a journal and pen and other midlife resources.

6 weeks to Flourish
Flourish Midlife® is a place where women can support each other to life more fulfilling lives, by reducing the overwhelm, rebuilding confidence, redefining identity, and identifying their own needs.
Through evidence-based techniques, Flourish Midlife® offers tools and guidance to help women navigate burnout, identity shifts, hormonal changes and career pivots - reclaiming their voice and deepening their connections with others.

Week 1: Overwhelm
We begin by understanding what overwhelm really is and how it shows up in your body, emotions, relationships and thinking. You’ll learn the “Wise Mind” model to help you respond rather than react and discover simple mindfulness practices that fit even the busiest of days. You’ll leave with small, manageable steps to calm your mind, lower stress and create space for what matters.

Meet Sarah
Psychotherapist and founder
Hi, I’m Sarah. I am a psychotherapist with 20 years of experience.
I am extensively trained and have worked mostly within the clinical field of psychotherapy, primarily as a specialist in emotion regulation. I have a thriving private practice offering a variety of therapies online and face to face. My experience includes working for charities, inpatient and outpatient settings with private healthcare organisations and Harley Street, London outpatient clinics. I am passionate about empowering individuals to enjoy positive mental health and to live rich and fulfilling lives.
I recognise the specific challenges women in midlife face (aged 40-60). Currently, there is growing awareness about menopause and its impact on the quality of life. This is, indeed, a fantastic step forward for women. As a woman in midlife, I am personally aware of some of these challenges. In addition to the issues highlighted in mainstream media, I want to address the deeper and more complex issues midlife women experience. The extensive research I have conducted reveals the main challenges to include overwhelm, loss of confidence, change in identity, difficulties prioritising own needs and a sense of isolation.
In response to this research, I have collated my therapeutic knowledge and experience to offer women the opportunity to learn skills and strategies to better understand their needs, balance life demands as well as prioritise themselves to live a more fulfilling and rewarding life in midlife and beyond.
Flourish Midlife® is a 6-week programme designed to address the very specific pressures, demands and physical changes that can erode our mental wellbeing.
Using a blend of psychoeducation, therapeutic interventions and group experience, I aim to empower women and give them the tools they need to manage these very real pressures, prioritise themselves (guilt free!), take steps towards fulfilling shelved ambitions and reconnect to themselves and others.
