Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer fairness and clarity around cancellations and payment responsibilities. Please read the following carefully before committing to the programme. 1. Module Payment Deadlines Payment for each module is due by the specified dates prior to each session. If payment is not received on time, you may be declined entry to the group. 2. Group and 1:1 Absences In the event of any absence (group or 1:1), payment is still required in full. No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions. 3. 1:1 Session Cancellation Pre-booked 1:1 sessions require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If less notice is provided, the session will be forfeited. 4. Use of Inclusive 1:1 Sessions Inclusive 1:1 sessions must be used within one week after the programme concludes. Sessions cannot be carried over or stockpiled. 5. Group Programme Cancellation Policy • More than 14 days prior to the first session: You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund of any payments made. • Within 14 days of the first session: A cancellation penalty may apply due to limited course capacity. Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid potential fees. 6.
